We offer standard shipping and work with reliable courier services such as DPD, UPS, FedEx, InPost and DHL. We select the most cost effective shipping carrier for each order. Shipping cost is calculated based on the size and dimensions of the part purchased. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment being received; we provide a tracking number for all shipments. International shipping is available. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable taxes and customs fees (for orders with a total value of over €150).

We offer a 14 day return policy. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of a return, the customer must provide a detailed description of the reason for return. If the product arrives damaged, the customer must file a damage report with the courier service as we are not responsible for courier related issues.

All products come with a 30 day warranty. A replacement can be provided as long as we have the same item in stock and only if it is determined that the original product is not functional. Please note that the warranty does not cover faults caused by the buyer.
