It has been bagged, boarded (acid-free), sealed, and stored in a comic book box since purchase. We use the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide to make our determinations.  All pictures are of the actual item, not stock photos!  Comics were bagged, boarded with acid free boards, and sealed; and all of them come from my personal collection!
