Historical context: at first sight, it may seem like typical poster from the era of socialist realism behind the Iron Curtain, but its tied to the very fundamental theme of nationalization (seizure).
Imagine that you own a private business, a store, or a small family business and one day you find out that this business no longer belongs to you, but belongs to the state.
This is exactly what you should always imagine in the context of the word nationalization in the former communist Czechoslovakia.
