In one area it says,....am writing again regarding your husband Private Hugh Farrell................want to again emphasize the fact that the Commanding Generals in all our theaters of operations are making a continuous effort to establish the actual status of personnel who have been reported as missing or missing in action....................

The letter has some wear in areas.
