We will activate the ESIM service for you and apply the 1monh service. Please allow up to 24 hours for the activation to complete. Holidays, weekends & unexpected acts of God may delay the activation process. Normal Hours 9am to 9pm Eastern Time Monday to Sunday.

Your 5-Digit ZIP Code (used to generate the 3-digit area code for your phone).

Tip: Dial *#06# from your phone to display the phone’s IMEI

After sending the request for esim activation, KEEP THE PHONE CONNECTED TO WIFI and you will receive a notification from T-Mobile to your phone that directs you to install the esim on your phone.

Returns & Cancellations:

This is a prepaid service, once the service is activated, there will be no returns accepted, No Refunds, No Exchanges, and the service can't be cancelled. So, please Do Not Proceed with the activation request if you are not 100% sure that you want it.
