1. Purpose
Conventional oilers are used to lubricate high-speed and low-speed dental handpieces, primarily lubricating the tubing and internal mechanisms. The Holy HM-1 oiler, however, features an additional function for lubricating the main shaft, which primarily lubricates the handpiece clamping area (chuck or three-lobed spring)—that is, the main shaft
2. At which stage of the dental procedure is this product used?
The standard practice for dental handpieces is “one patient, one handpiece.” After treatment is completed, the handpiece must be cleaned, dried, lubricated, and sterilized.
This product is used solely for the lubrication step. The Holy HM-1 lubricator is equipped with a separate air-blow button; if too much lubricant is dispensed, you can use this button to blow out the excess, preventing oil buildup.
3. How many handpieces can be lubricated with a single fill of lubricant?
This microcomputer-controlled product features an oil-saving mode. The built-in oil reservoir has a capacity of 200 ml, and the dispensing volume is precisely controlled by the machine’s internal circuitry. Each 200 ml of lubricant can lubricate at least 2,000 handpieces. (Note: If the customer adjusts the peristaltic pump’s operating time, it will increase or decrease the oil output for each phone. The machine is factory-calibrated, and adjusting this time is generally not recommended.)
4. The oil dispensing volume is consistent for each handpiece. The lubrication process involves lubricating each handpiece individually, followed by simultaneous air blowing.
5. The oil dispensing volume for main shaft maintenance is half that of handpiece maintenance, but it provides better maintenance results (lubrication time and volume are adjustable).

Routine maintenance
1.Clean and replacement of the baffle
The baffle can be cleaned with tap water, or wiped with low-concentration alcohol, can
not be cleaned at high temperature, can be used repeatedly, if damaged, please replace,
otherwise it will lead to the leakage of maintenance oil. It is recommended to replace the
baffle regularly according to their own frequency of use.
2.Replacement of the oil absorbent pad
Pull out the oil tray at the bottom of the device, take out the oil absorbent pad that needs to
be replaced, and replace it with a new one, it is recommended to replace the oil absorbent
pad regularly according to their own frequency of use.
3.Drain the air filter

Pull up the knob at the bottom of the air filter to drain.
4.Replacement of air filter
Remove the air inlet pipe and outlet pipe of air filter respectively, and remove the two
fixing screws connecting the air filter with a Phillips screwdriver, then install the new one.
