Returns & Warranty

All parts are supplied with a 30-day warranty unless damaged, tampered with, misused, or fitted incorrectly.

Returns must be sent using suitable packaging & a tracked delivery service. Any claims made outside the warranty period will not be accepted.

The warranty covers the supplied part only and does not cover labour costs, diagnostic charges, vehicle recovery costs, or any other associated expenses.

Returns

If an incorrect part has been supplied by us, a replacement will be dispatched once the original item has been returned. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Returns resulting from ordering errors, incorrect fitment, colour differences, or part number mismatches may be subject to a handling charge. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are normally processed within 48 hours of inspection of the returned item. 

Buyer is responsible for any return costs of postage on all returns.

Important Information

All parts are security marked (DNA marked). Returns must be received in the same condition as supplied. Tampered, dismantled, damaged, incomplete, or substituted items will void the warranty & may result in the refusal of a refund.

ECUs & electronic components are supplied without programming or coding. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and arranging any coding, programming, or resetting required.

Radios, stereos & head units are supplied without security codes unless otherwise stated

Shipping

Most orders are dispatched using a Next Working Day delivery service. Orders placed before 11:59am on working days are normally dispatched the same day.

Please provide a valid mobile number at checkout to assist with delivery.

Upon delivery, inspect the item carefully. If any visible transit damage is present, please sign for the parcel as "Damaged" and notify us immediately.

Collection

Collection is available by prior arrangement: Orders selected for collection should be collected within 7 days.

Monday to Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm

Payment

We accept eBay Managed Payments only.

VAT invoices are available upon request.
