Vintage 1950s LEMON CHIFFON FULL SKIRT PARTY PROM DRESS with LACE BOLERO TOP S

Beautiful 1950s vintage sleeveless A-line party dress made of a sheer chiffon in a pretty yellow colour.  The dress features a fitted bodice with a scoop neckline, dipped back, nipped waist highlighted with shirring detail and a full skirt with a layer of tulle for shaping.  The dress is fully lined with a lightweight acetate and closes at the back with a metal zipper. The dress also comes with a pretty sheer lace (sheer lined for comfort) cropped jacket/top.  The lace top has elbow length sleeves, a batteau neckline, a darted bust, rear looped button closure and a cropped length cut with an empire waist.  

MEASUREMENTS:   No size  labels  ...  bust measures 34 inches (fits a size 32 bust best), waist measures 25 inches, the hips are free and the dress  is 39.5 inches in length.  There is no stretch to the fabric - as always, remember to leave room for you when using these measurements to determine fit.

CONDITION:  Very slight wear  ... overall,  excellent condition.

All of my items are vintage and therefore will have some minimal signs of wear consistent with their age (example - a loose thread).  I describe my items as honestly and accurately as possible with both text and pictures - clearly noting any known larger imperfections (holes, stains, missing buttons, etc).  If I have missed something, I apologize - please let me know and I will do my best to fix the issue.  But please remember I am a human being.  My preloved items have been freshly laundered unless otherwise noted in the description.
