Soviet, metal stationary planer (rotary), model designated ShPR-164. This was a very popular and reliable planer, produced in the Soviet Union at the Awtopribor plant in Vladimir.
- The sharpener is a rotary (milling) sharpener, designed for sharpening graphite and colored pencils of various thicknesses (from 7 to 12 mm). The pencil is held by an adjustable toothed clamp.
- The body is made of aluminum alloy, which ensures its high durability. The container is used to collect shavings from sharpening.
