My items will comes with a silver proof of purchase sticker, attachment required for any returns. Sticker comes off easily with warm soapy water.

I DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS. I do not do auctions, there is no rush to purchase. Take your time, check the measurements, ask your questions. Check the address you are having it shipped to, is it the right one? You have to go thru 3 screens to purchase, "it was a mistake", ??? Sorry. I happily combine shipping. Please add all of your items to the shopping cart and request invoice from seller to get the combined shipping. I'm sorry but FLAT RATE boxes can not be combined.

I have been packing breakables and dishes for years! I use fresh bubble wrap and packing peanuts, and as I pack thousands of dishes each year, I do it very well. However I use the postal service and at times they do not understand the word "FRAGILE", or they have seasonal workers. This is why I insure all boxes. If your order does have any damage, you are required to keep the box, all packing materials and the damaged item for any claim.
