Please feel free to make an offer as I need to reduce my collection size.
This one's a little more special compared to the regular ones that you see. I've never seen one like it before and I've owned a great deal. Both the half and full coin recesses haven't had their sides removed, cut and filed to calibrate it. Also the end tag is far, far smaller than a regular one. It's tiny. Maybe it hasn't been calibrated or maybe the very small tag was reduced to calibrate it?
