6.Missed Deliveries If you're not available for two delivery attempts, a £25 fee per item will be charged before resending. The same fee will be deducted from refunds for returned items.
1.Order Cancellation Cancel your order within 3 hours of payment. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
2.Unwanted Items Returns, except for defective items, are considered as unwanted. Unwanted items must be returned in original packaging. If not, a £20 handling fee per item and a 50% refund deduction will apply.
3.Return Costs You are responsible for unwanted items’ return shipping costs and risks.
4.Damaged Items If items are found damaged at delivery, sign them as "damaged" or refuse delivery. If not noted, claims may be rejected.
