This is a  timing chain cover for a Ford 429 or 460 Ford V8.     The number on it is D2VE6059AA1B . It has a dipstick tube for a front sump oil pan. There is a broken off bolt or stud on the right hand (passenger side) of it that has about 1/4" sticking up.  Plugged with dirt and its pretty grimy.
