Electrical Requirements

A fixed-wired single-phase electrical connection is required. No standard plug is supplied. Installation must be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with current UK regulations, including Part P and BS 7671 where applicable.

Recommended Exterior Finish

We recommend applying a suitable exterior wood oil shortly after installation. Many customers choose Danish Oil, which enhances the natural grain while adding protection from the elements.

Please note that Danish Oil will naturally deepen the colour of the timber over time. Alternative exterior oils, stains or paints may also be uséd depending on your preferred finish. Because appearance is a personal choice, the sauna is supplied untreated.

Do not apply conventional paint, varnish or unsuitable chemical treatments to the internal benches or interior sauna surfaces.
