This is a NEW 12V horn relay which was used on 1956 Ford passenger cars, Thunderbirds and Mercurys.  It can also be used on 1949 thru 1955 Ford, Thunderbird or Mercury which has been converted to a 12V electrical system.  It has "12V" stamped on the top of the bracket.  This horn relay was never installed and includes the three wire mounting clips and screws.
