This is a girls size 18 months sleeveless dress.  The brand is Youngland. The top of the dress is white. It has a wrap look.  The neck and arm holes are edged in purple.  There is a purple rosebud with a purple and blue bow on the left side.  The skirt has a white panel, a blue panel, and a purple panel.  The dress is fully lined with a layer of tulle on the skirt lining.  It buttons in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  The dress is made of 100% polyester.  It measures 16 1/2" long with a 20" waist and is 10" from side seam to side seam under the arms. Very Pretty!
