New in very beat up box- This was found in the depths of a closet at an estate cleanout. 
The Classic by Davol Family, No. 52 Combination Syringe and Water Bottle. Dual purpose item has all the pieces and paperwork but box and paperwork have seen better days. Metal clip has minor oxidation.
