This is a girls size 3T sleeveless dress.  The brand is Small Steps. The top is a yellow, green, blue, and pink plaid.  The neck and arm holes are edged in pink. There is a small pink label that says "Fresh Flowers" in the center.  The skirt is white with 4 embroidered garden theme appliques.  There is a leaf, ladybug, butterfly, and flower.  The name of each is embroidered in blue under the picture.  The hem of the dress is a band of the plaid material. The dress buttons in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  It is made of 55% cotton and 45% polyester.  The dress measures 19" long with a 22" waist and is 11" from side seam to side seam under the arms. Very Pretty!
