Marunao Seitosho was founded around 1900 in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture, one of the major production areas of Mino ware.

Our specialty is creating porcelain so thin and lightweight that the liquid inside becomes visible when held up to the light.

We also take pride in our exceptional craftsmanship in “copperplate transfer,” a technique in which printed Japanese washi paper is carefully applied with a brush to transfer intricate patterns.

Our level of precision is among the finest in Japan.
