Beautiful vintage pre-tied silk brocade Tsukure Obi.

This is a vintage silk brocade Japanese Tsukure Obi perfect for wearing with Kimono.

It has a traditional shimmery gold geometric design with lots of colourful and rich gold Crane and Flower motifs on a rich red base and is decorated with a large ornamental decorative silk cord knot and 2 hanging tassels.

It comes in the form of a long belt connected to a stiff tied butterfly bow with an attached hook that hooks over the long belt and the attached red ties fasten it in place.

In excellent vintage condition (see detail photos) and perfect for wear with Kimono or use as an interior design or unique furnishing piece. 

Size of Bow - approx 14ins wide by 6ins deep by 12ins long, the knot and tassel is approx 11ins long.

Size of belt section - approx 7ins wide by 42ins long 

You could wear it with Kimono, for Cosplay or use it for craft projects or as a unique interior design, curtain tie back or upholstery piece.
