Instructions for Using the Windshield Wiper Arm Remover
Unscrew the wiper screw and place the tool on top of the wiper arm.
Tighten the cone until the claw makes contact with the wiper shaft, then rotate the wiper shaft.
Turn the T-handle clockwise until the wiper arm separates from the shaft.
Tighten the roller cone to force the claw beneath the cable clamp, then turn the T-handle clockwise until the cable clamp separates from the shaft.
