This clip spring nut follows Q312B standard structure, made of carbon steel material with color zinc plating on surface. The plating layer provides basic protection against daily moisture and mild oxidation for conventional usage scenes.
Adopting integrated leaf spring U-shaped clip structure, the nut can be directly clamped on thin metal plates without pre-welding fixed nuts. The elastic clip maintains steady clamping force under normal slight vibration to lower loosening possibility.
