c.1980 - RARE SHERMAN / SENATOR - VINTAGE VERMEIL STERLING SILVER BRUTALIST MODERNIST CUFFLINKS
 
We are pleased to present for your consideration, this pair of rare vintage gold plated sterling silver brutalist modernist cufflinks.  Signed: SENATOR, STERLING.

The Sherman modernist phase (1970-80s) lasted only a short period of time relative to the overall length of his business. Sherman produced a large line of elaborate, and often jeweled, men's cufflinks and tie tacks under the labels Senator and Nonpareil. In his final years, early 1980s, he turned to the manufacture of fine jewelry, as presented here: a pair of yellow gold plated sterling silver hinged cufflinks.

Measure: 7/8" x 5/8" (2.2 x 1.6 cm).
