This is a girls size 4 sleeveless dress.  The brand is Jayne Copeland.  The dress is white with pink flowers and green stems.  There are also white embroidered flowers.  The waist is accented with a sheer ribbon that has pink flowers on each side.  The dress is fully lined with a layer of tulle on the skirt lining.  It zips and ties in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  The dress is made of a cotton and polyester blend.  It measures 27 1/2" long with a 24" waist and is 12" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Beautiful!
