This is a girls size 4 sleeveless dress.  The brand is Rare Editions.  The dress is black with embroidered white flowers and leaves.  The waist is accented with a white band that has black polka dots.  There is a bow in the center of the waistband.  The shoulder straps are also white with black polka dots.  The dress is fully lined with a layer of crinoline on the skirt lining.  It zips and ties in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  The dress is made of a cotton and polyester blend.  It measures 23" long with a 22" waist and is 11 1/2" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Absolutely Beautiful!
