This antique Jennings Brothers mantle clock measures 4" high, 3 1/2" wide and 1 3/4" deep. Weight (before packing) is nearly 1 1/4 lbs. Has a nice mantle shape with a pretty guilloche pattern around the clock top and base. Color is dark brown (I lightened a little on pictures to better show the detail.) The face features Arabic numerals and the JB Co. trademark. The crystal is flat glass with beveled edge. The back is imprinted "The Jennings Brothers Mfg. Co." and "Bridgeport, Conn., U.S.A.". Most of the clocks bearing the trademark on the face were produced between the 1880's and 1930's.
In good antique condition with some color variations in spots that are not overly noticeable. The face is a bit yellowed and there appears to be hairlines between 10 and 12, and at 1 down to center. Otherwise, no breaks or chips and looks nice. And it runs, tested it for one day and it did keep time.
