This is a girls size 18 months sleeveless dress.  The brand is Starting Out. The dress has a light pink lining and a sheer overlay.  There are dark pink and light purple flowers on the overlay.  The hem is ruffled.  The dress zips in the back.  It has a matching hat.  This outfit is in excellent condition.  It is made of 100% polyester.  The dress measures 18" long and is 10 1/2" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Pretty!
