am not qualified for a corporate contract with DHL or FedEx. I cannot
get the shipping discount from them therefore their shipping prices are
extremely high for me as an individual. I can NOT ship via DHL or via
FedEx.
Please understand that it depends on the situation but it
may take long to get to your destination due to reduced/canceled flights
& customs procedures.
Payment/Shipping
Please read and agreed the following and above upon before bidding on my items.
I accept PayPal payments & eBay managed payments only.
I will send an invoice to the winner after the auction has ended.
Please ignore the name of shipping methods in the shipping and payments section or in the invoice.
I usually ship the item(s) in 1~3 business day of receiving cleared payment.
Airmail
usually takes 1-3 weeks to get to your destination. EMS & Yamato
usually takes 4-10 business days to get to your destination.
Please
understand that transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude
weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination,
flight schedule & Russia-Ukraine situation, the postal workers
strike in your country, weather conditions, particularly during peak
periods and customs clearance times.
Starting January 1, 2026, Japan Post's system will undergo
significant changes, and Registered Airmail (SMALL PACKET) will be
terminated and discontinued.
CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, books,
boxes, stickers, posters and other very limited stuff CAN be sent via
Registered Airmail even after 2026.
But to EUROPE, United
Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Chile etc..., where VAT
declaration is required, since it is not a small packet, VAT declaration
by electric transmission is NOT possible from 2026 for Registered
Airmail.
Therefore, if the subtotal is 150 EURO or less and VAT must
be paid to eBay in advance, and you wish to send by Registered Mail,
please select EMS Shipping (STANDARD SHIPPING). (Combined Shipping is
the best deal since shipping costs are the same up to 500g for EMS
shipping.) To Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Australia & Chile only EMS
shipping is available. To France, Germany, Denmark & Belgium only Yamato/UPS shipping is available.
(Although
this may vary depending on the circumstances but according to Japan
Post, as customs duty can no longer be collected by post offices after
July 1st, 2026, and given the risk of your items being returned to
sender at the discretion of your post offices in France, Germany,
Austria, Denmark & Belgium, Japan Post has announced that packages
should not be sent by post after July 1st, 2026.
Or
I can wait your payment for another auctions to combine, please make
your subtotal more than 150 EURO then VAT declaration by electric
transmission is not necessary and your package can be sent by Registered
Airmail.)
Even after 2026, Economy Shipping (Airmail) DOES
include the Tracking Number and VAT declaration by electric transmission
is possible, but from 2026, Economy Shipping (to EUROPE, United
Kingdom, Australia, Singapore & Chile) will be delivered in your
mailbox or left at the door (contactless delivery).
According to
Japan Post, if your package is too large to fit in your mailbox and if
you are not home at the time of delivery, whether it will be left at the
door or taken back to your local post office for safekeeping like
registered mail depends on your country's post office's rule, so it is
unclear.
Import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
