This is a girls size 24 months sleeveless dress.  The brand is Rare Too by Rare Editions.  The dress is pink.  The top has tiny blue, green, light pink, white, and dark pink polka dots.  The shoulder straps are pink ribbons with blue and green ribbons on the sides.  The waist is accented with a blue ribbon, a pink ribbon, and a green ribbon.  There is a pink bow in the center of the pink ribbon. The skirt has large polka dots in blue, green, light pink, and dark pink. The dress zips in back. Each of the three ribbons at the waist ties in the back.  The dress is in excellent condition. It is made of 100% cotton.  It measures 20" long with a 21" waist and is 11" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Pretty!
