This is a girls size 12 short sleeve dress.  The brand is IZ Byer California. The dress is white with a sheer overlay. There are pink and orange flowers as well as white lace butterflies on the overlay.  The hem of the dress is ruffled. The dress has one button at the back of the neck.  It also ties in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  The dress is made of 100% polyester.  It measures 31" long and is 14 1/2" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Pretty!
