This is a girls size 14 sleeveless dress.  The brand is My Michelle.  The top of the dress is black.  The waist is accented with a band of black sequins.  There are clear crystals on the waistband.  The skirt is black and white with flowers.  It is pleated.  The dress is fully lined with a layer of crinoline on the lining.  It ties in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  The dress is made of 100% polyester.  It measures 33 1/2" long with a 28" waist and is 15" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Beautiful!
