A fine antique British military swagger stick dating to the period between the First and Second World Wars, approximately the 1920s–1930s.

This traditional officer-style swagger stick features a hardwood shaft fitted with distinctive military-themed mounts. One end is fashioned from a genuine bullet projectile, while the opposite end incorporates a cartridge case base, making it an excellent example of military trench art craftsmanship.

Swagger sticks were carried by British Army officers and senior NCOs as part of military dress rather than as walking canes. Today they are highly collectible pieces of British military history and are sought after by collectors of trench art, militaria, and historical memorabilia.

The stick remains in very good antique condition with an attractive aged patina consistent with its age. The wooden shaft is straight and solid, and the metal fittings show honest age and use. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the description.
