Packaging:

1-2 cards - Penny sleeved and placed in a top loader and sealed inside a team bag. Then placed inside a folded piece of paper and inserted into an envelope and shipped via eBay standard envelope.

3-12 cards - Individually penny sleeved and up to 3 cards placed in a semi-rigid holder. Up to 2 semirigid holders or 6 cards per envelope. If more than 6 cards are ordered, they will be shipped in 2 separate envelopes and shipped via eBay standard envelope.

13+ cards - Placed together in a plastic case with foam on top and bottom of cards. Same as how they are shipped from Topps. Case inserted in a bubble mailer and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with insurance and tracking.

Please Note: We are back to using top loaders for orders of 1-2 cards but we may use semi-rigid holders at our discretion for the train reason mentioned below. Please note that semi-rigid holders are actually preferred by PSA for card grading submissions because they believe they offer better protection than top loaders. Just because they are more flexible doesn’t mean they don’t provide excellent protection!

Several months ago, for orders of 1-2 cards, we started using semi-rigid holders because of issues with USPS returning shipments for insufficient postage saying the top loaders were too rigid and non-machinable. Top loaders are machinable, meet all USPS flexibility tests and have no issues in the sorting machines. Inexperienced postal employees were the reason for these issues. After recently trying top loaders again, we haven’t had any issues and will continue to use top loaders for orders of 1-2 cards unless issues arise again.
