Signed by hand by legendary comic artist George Perez, this copy of Batman #438 is part of the "Year Three" storyline. The comic is part of CGC's special Signature Series. With Signature Series books a certified CGC witness actually observes the signing of the comic so there is no possibility of the real autograph being switched out with another. Per the CGC census, there are only twenty-four 9.8 Signature Series copies of this issue, some of which certainly are singed only by either Marv Wolfman or Pat Broderick and not by Perez.
