This is a Tiffany & Co. Nautical Anchor Charm and Rope Chain Key Ring.  The anchor measures 1" long x 3/4" wide.  The total weight is 13.6 grams.  The hang tag is attached to a piece that unscrews to place keys on the rope chain.

Condition is very, very good.  No dings, dents or repairs.  Under magnification with a jeweler's loupe I was able to see some faint surface scratches that are hard to notice.  In good working order.
