This bag was donated to our non-profit thrift store, so I don't know it's history. I listed it as 'excellent used condition' vs 'new without tags,' but I honestly don't see any signs of use.  The normal places where you would begin to see signs of wear - corners, handles, strap, etc. - there are no signs of wear.  The inside is clean as a whistle.  The pockets aren't stretched out, as if nothing has been inside them.
