The Louis Tellier RACL02 raclette machine accommodates a half block of cheese and comes equipped with a knife to scrape and serve warm cheese from the tilting holder that supplies improved access beneath the heat case. To reduce the risk of injury, the heat case is adjustable and can be moved out of the way when cheese is sliced.
