Beautiful bronze by Mexican sculptor Silvia Garcia Arana, a reclining female figure in a modernist, semi-abstract style.
Arana studied sculpture at La Esmeralda, Mexico’s prestigious National School of Painting, Sculpture and Printmaking, and is known for her expressive figurative work and later monumental public sculptures throughout Mexico.
Good vintage condition with age-developed patina and light surface wear consistent with age.
