As we are a business, messages sent during the weekend or after working hours may not be answered immediately, but we will respond when back to work. 

Feedback

We value our eBay store and endeavour to offer excellent service and value for money, however sometimes we get it wrong. Please contact us to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback, most issues are easily resolved.

Payment

We require payment within 4 days of purchase please.

If we have not received funds, an unpaid item case will be automatically opened by eBay on our behalf.

Returns

Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 14 day return period. Please check your item within 14 days and notifying us of any problems. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

Postage

We offer Royal Mail fully insured postage on all orders. Signature upon delivery is required.

Warranty & Guarantee

Our items (advertised as used) are tested and any obvious defects will be described in the listing. These items are all sold with 30 days seller warranty although some items may come with manufacturer warranty which will be listed.
