Q1: Are the DC outputs truly isolated?

A: This power supply features Isolated Short Circuit Protection. This means that if one pedal has a short circuit, it won't affect the other outputs, keeping your other pedals safe. For most analog pedal setups, it provides quiet and clean power. Tip: If you are using high-current digital pedals (like Strymon or Zoom) that are sensitive to noise, we recommend plugging their original adapters into the AC outlets on top of this unit for the best performance.

Q2: Can I turn off the bright blue LED lights?

A: The blue LEDs are designed to help you see your connections on a dark stage. Currently, they indicate that the channel is active and working properly. If you find them too bright for a bedroom setting, many of our users use a small piece of electrical tape to dim them while keeping the cool look!

Q3: What can I plug into the AC outlets on the top?

A: The 2 AC outlets are a customer-favorite feature! They are perfect for plugging in:

Odd-voltage pedal adapters (e.g., 18V adapters).

Digital multi-effects processors.

Phone/Tablet chargers (so you can read tabs while playing!).
