2. We ship items across the UK via Royal Mail，DPD，Hermes and some other couriers. Usually it takes 2-3 business day to reach you. If you live in the same city where one of our warehouse located, e.g. Enderby, Leicestershire, you might even get your items within the same day.
3. Please review and ensure you enter the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order(excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
4. If you do not get your item while it shows delivered on the courier’s website, please check if it’s been left in some safe place in your front yard or garden. Or ask your neighbors if they got the wrong parcels.
