Protection Functions
- Over-Discharge Protection: When the battery power drains low and voltage drops to 3.0V, the protection circuit cuts off output to stop further discharge and prevent over-discharge damage.
- Over-Charge Protection: During charging, once the voltage hits the 4.2V full-charge limit, the protection circuit automatically disconnects current, indicating full charge and providing over-charge safeguard.
- Short-Circuit Protection: In case of short circuit, the protection circuit shuts down power within milliseconds and will not reset automatically. Note: If the battery is short-circuited while bypassing the protection board, prolonged high current or component overheating may cause the protection circuit to fail.
Storage & Usage Guidelines
For long-term storage, maintain the battery charge level between 40% and 60%. We recommend recharging the battery once every 3 months after receipt, keeping its voltage at 3.7–4.0V. Store the battery in a cool and dry place.

This 5000mAh battery features special reverse polarity (positive and negative terminals are positioned opposite to conventional batteries).
