0.65 Carat sapphire with a rare colour change effect. Changing colour depending on the light its viewed in. Very rare for natural gemstones, especially sapphires .
Changes colour from brownish orange in white daylight to purple yellow in incandescent or artificial light. Very rare and stunning to see.
This sapphire has good clarity with only some small natural inclusions visible when looking closely. VS.
It also has an excellent pear/teardrop cut and polish to show great shine and colour, would look lovely in a piece of high end jewellery.
Measures 5.8 x 3.8 x 3.7mm.
