A beautiful vintage yellow gold half eternity ring, set with 5 natural opals alternating with 8 small natural diamonds in a classic claw-set design.
The opals display attractive flashes of blue and green, complemented by sparkling diamonds, creating a timeless and elegant ring suitable for everyday wear or as a thoughtful vintage gift.
The ring bears hallmarks inside the band, although they have become worn with age and are no longer legible. The presence of the hallmarks confirms that the ring was originally assayed, but the assay office, date letter and gold fineness can no longer be identified.
Based on its design and construction, the ring is believed to date from circa 1960s–1970s.

All five opals and eight diamonds are present and appear secure in their settings. The opals display attractive colour play with flashes of blue and green. The hallmarks inside the band are present but worn and cannot now be read.
