This replacement headband is available in two versions. Choose Headband Only for headphones with dual-sided lower cable routing, or choose Headband with Cable Cover for headphones with a cable running across the top. Please check your headphone structure before ordering.

2) HEADBAND ONLY FOR HD 25 LIGHT
The Headband Only version is designed for Sennheiser HD 25 Light 508664. It is suitable for the current Light model with separate cables connected to both earcups from below. No cable cover is included or required for this version.

3) HEADBAND WITH COVER FOR CLASSIC HD 25
The Headband with Cable Cover version is designed for Sennheiser HD 25 and HD 25 Plus models with upper cable routing. The connecting cable can pass through the included cover, keeping it organized and protected across the top of the headband.

4) SIMPLIFIED SINGLE-HEADBAND DESIGN
This product replaces a damaged, cracked or worn headband with a simple fixed single-headband structure. It is an alternative repair and conversion solution rather than an exact copy of the original split headband used on classic models.

5) 3D-PRINTED BLACK PETG
The headband is made from black PETG using 3D-printing technology. The material offers suitable flexibility for normal wearing and helps maintain stable clamping pressure. Fine layer lines may be visible due to the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

6) ADJUSTABLE AND SECURE FIT
The earcups can still slide up and down for height adjustment after installation. The adjustment rails provide stable resistance, helping prevent unwanted movement or accidental detachment during normal daily use.

7) SUITABLE USES
Recommended for replacing a broken headband and extending the life of compatible headphones. Suitable for everyday listening, home audio, studio monitoring and users who normally wear both earcups. It is also suitable for users who prefer a simpler single-headband design.

8) IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
The earcups will not retain the original swivel function after installation. This product is not recommended for DJs or other users who require rotating earcups for one-ear monitoring. It is also not intended for unverified HD 25-SP, older HD 25 Light, HME, HMD or HMEC models. Headphones, drivers, audio cable and ear pads are not included.
