Offering this antique Reaney & Sons Coopers sun plane or barrel leveler.  This has the Reaney & Sons stamping with crown symbol on the blade.  This marking was used from 1865-1872.  This tool was used to level the staves on the barrel.  It is 15-1/2" at longest.  In antique condition.  Shows signs of age and use. Heavy rust patina on brace.  Wood pieces have nicks and scratches.  A couple of stress hairline cracks.  A beautiful antique tool.  Great for any collection.  See photos for details.  Thank you!
