Working With Issue:

Won’t fire on first press of shutter but fires on the second everytime …so first click appears to drive the autofocus gears but won’t fire the shutter simultaneously on the first press so second press is needed.

Known fix:

As this appears to be down to a connectivity many photographers perform a temporary "tin foil hack." By peeling back the camera's front or top plates and placing a small, dome-shaped piece of aluminum foil under the shutter button, you can restore perfect conductivity.

Flash and wind on work fine …use as is or fix sold as seen and priced accordingly as I don’t have time or inclination to fix …bear in mind the camera works and can be used as it is if desired.
