Important Information About Water Collection (Please Read)

This dehumidifier uses low-power thermo-electric (Peltier) technology, which is designed for quiet, continuous moisture control, not rapid water extraction like larger compressor models.

Because of this, water collection is intentionally slow.

What to expect under normal conditions:

• First 1–2 hours: No visible water is common

• 3–6 hours: Light condensation or a thin film may appear

• 6–12 hours: A small puddle is typical

• 24 hours (humid room): Approximately 200–300 ml of water on average

(Actual amount depends on room humidity and temperature)

It is normal not to see water quickly, and this does not indicate a fault.

Before requesting a return

We strongly recommend:

• Running the unit continuously in a humid room (e.g. bathroom or laundry area)

• Allowing at least 24 hours for initial water collection

• Ensuring airflow is unobstructed
