do offer a return, exchange and refund policy.
Returns
will be accepted in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods.
(Refund will be less original postage & other fees depending on nature of
return).
We
have a 30 days return policy for faulty items. Once this period has passed
please contact the manufacturer. If a replacement or refund is required for a
faulty item please give us 2 days after return item has arrived to
process.
Please
ensure payment is made promptly. We ask that all orders be paid within 7
working days of purchase. We only send the item once the full payment has been
received and funds have cleared. Payment can be made via Paypal or a
Credit/Debit card. Any other questions do not hesitate to contact us. If there
are any problems with payment or you require cancellation of an order please
inform us.

Note - Due to stock levels changing all the time, if your order is out of stock
there maybe a delay and you will be informed of this. A full refund will be
processed if we cannot fulfill your order.
