**How to Open & Lock Your Necklace Clasp**

2. **Press inward gently and rotate** until you feel or hear it click into the locked position.
3. Give it a light tug to confirm it is securely locked.
🔓 To Unlock the Clasp
1. **First, pull the clasp downward (press down slightly).**
2. While keeping it pressed down, **rotate it a very small amount.**
3. Then continue to **rotate and pull gently outward.**
4. You will feel a slight **"bounce" or release**, indicating the lock has disengaged.
5. The pin can then be pulled out smoothly.

Many buyers think the clasp is too tight or won't open because they try to rotate it **without first pressing it downward**.
